Materials & care
Sterling Silver
925 sterling — 92.5% pure silver, the same standard used for fine jewelry. Solid metal, not a coating over something cheaper.
18k Gold Filled
A solid layer of 18k gold pressure-bonded to the core. Gold filled carries roughly 100 times more gold than standard plating, which is why it wears for years instead of months.
Finished with PVD
Both finishes are sealed with a PVD coating — bonded in a vacuum chamber at a molecular level, far harder than ordinary plating. This is what makes the piece waterproof and sweatproof.
Wear it every day
Shower in it, sweat in it, swim in it. It will not flake, fade or tarnish, and you never have to take it off.
Care
Wipe it now and then with a soft cloth to keep it bright. Store it on its own so the chain does not tangle.

Warranty & returns
2-year warranty. If your necklace fails through a fault in the making or the finish under normal wear, we replace it. Send a photo and we will sort it out.
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, because each one is made with one person's message. That is why we show you a preview before you order.
If your necklace does not match the message you confirmed, we remake it and ship it free. You do not need to send the first one back.

Every necklace is made to order after you place it.
Production: 3–5 business days.

Most orders arrive 8–12 business days after you order.
Questions
Will people be able to read it? Only if they know Morse code and look closely. For almost everyone it simply looks like a well-made necklace. That's the point.
What if I make a typo? You'll get a confirmation email with your message in it — reply within 2 hours and we'll fix it. After production starts we can't.
Can I return it? Personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged. If we made an error, we remake it free.
