You'll see a live preview before you order, and your confirmation email repeats the message. Reply within 2 hours and we'll fix it. Once production starts we can't change it.

Can I return a personalized necklace?

Personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged, because they're made only for you. If we made an error, we remake it and ship it free.

Can I use numbers and dates?

Yes. Dates like 12.18.21 are one of the most common requests, and verse references such as JOSHUA 1:9 work well too.
